Naturopathic medicine practitioners face a challenge when their patients combine herbal remedies with pharmacy drugs. While pharmacodynamic combinations are often predictable, pharmacokinetic combinations are much harder to manage and potentially harmful. This program will discuss a framework for using effective herbal remedies while understanding and managing the challenges they pose.
