The NIH NCCAM Naturopathic Medical Research Agenda has now been finalized and will be presented during this general session. Please join the NMRA research team to hear the results of two years of planning and focus groups on naturopathic medical resaearch priorities with the input and assistance of conventionally trained public health and medical research scientists.
The team will share the NMRA's unique reseach network model which fosters diversified leadership at all naturopathic colleges, through four specific tracks. The agenda includes research on principles, conditions, health outcomes, clinical guidelines, health services and populations. The core team will present what the NMRA priorities are, the NMRA research already underway and how you can get involved in the NMRA- launching the next decade of naturopathic research science! Presentation, panel and question and answer period will be followed by a 30-minute session for one-on-one discussion with track leaders in Health of the Elderly, Diabetes, Whole Practice Research and Publications and Information Dissemination.
