Phyllis is a fourth generation herbalist and has studied Cherokee/Creek/Celtic herbalism with her grandmother and elders throughout the Appalachians. In this class she?ll share traditional causes of health problems, methods of transmission of illness, areas of body weakness, blood and body fluid patterns, seasonal patterns and influences, spiritual/energetic influences as taught and practiced in the Appalachian tradition of healing.
