Goddess of the herbalist ~ gives her name to a genus of marvelously aromatic, safely psychedelic, highly medicinal, dazzlingly decorative, and more-or-less edible plants. We?ll take a shamanic journey into Artemis?s sacred woods, then discuss some of the uses (and abuses) of cronewort (A. vulgaris), wormwood (A. absinthium), sweet Annie (A.annua), tarragon (A. drancuncula), and southernwood (A. abrotanum).
