This class will present the menopausal years in an energetic perspective as well as explore how women with differing constitutions experience this transition time quite differently. We will look at TCM principles, Ayurvedic doshas as well as western energetic models and see how they all reinforce each other in their treatment principle. We will then take the common challenges of this time and see how we can work with them in a much more holistic and specific way.
