This panel will explore and develop the issues confronting business owners as they contemplate the alternatives for the future and the consequences of those alternatives on themselves, on their families, on their employees and other stakeholders. The panel will present a disciplined method to assist owners in making and evaluating their strategic decisions about their businesses, including ownership succession, management succession and whether to keep or to sell the business.
