This seminar will explore both familiar and unusual herbs that are cultivated/wildcrafted in Western Canada, with particular regard to the growing epidemic of acute and chronic illness in our society. Herbal medicines with specific anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties, as well as immune modulating and stimulating properties will be discussed. Proper protocols, dosage, and contraindications will be included.
