Since the American Society for Enology and Viticulture and the California Association of Winegrape Growers joined forces to create the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium nine years ago, the Symposium has become the largest wine and grape show in the nation. ~ This year's Symposium features presentations by more than eighty speakers who are leaders from the fields of enology, viticulture, business, public relations, finance and marketing.
