This lecture was given in memory of Don Sandstrom, a long-time mystery fan, known to many who was active in convention going. Don was the first one to offer a friendly smile and a welcome to newcomers. He will be sorely missed. John D. MacDonald was perhaps his favorite author and we think Don would be pleased that John D. is getting over an hour's worth of attention in this special presentation.
