We will explore slowing the aging process with lifestyle and herbs. Included will be the Ayurvedic use of aphrodisiacs, diet and lifestyle for enhancing sexual function, logevity, the use of lifelong tonics and the concept of herbal antioxidants. (Need to take Intro.
