We will have the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences from menarche to beyond menopoause and all of the juicy time in between. We'll view sides of the famous "women's herbs" like black cohosh and blue cohosh, wild yam, partridge berry and many others. You'll get handouts with numerous formulas and a fun demonstration or two. This class is especially appropriate for intermediate and beginner students. Advanced herb students will gain new insight into cultural practices for the treatment and prevention of various women's conditions.
