Class for Everyone: (1.5 hr): The evolution of plant life forms as an expression of the vital force will be discussed. The role that plants play in the evolution of human consciousness will be both analyzed and demonstrated, so come to learn and try out some herbs! We will do some Kundalini and Hatha yoga to prepare for tasting the herbs.
