Beginning Level Class (1.5 hr): In order to have a good foundation in herbalism we need to know simples (individual plants) in detail. We also need to know which plants will be more central and important over years of practice. Here we learn in detail about six well-known plants of our tradition - Yarrow, Elder, Cleavers, Burdock, Dandelion and Yellow Dock - and six lesser known but equally important plants - Agrimony, Oak, Blue Vervain, Solomon's Seal, Sumach, and Wild Bergamot.
