Advanced Level Class (1.5 hr): Cancer is the successful attempt of tissue groups to achieve immortality. The problem is the somatic sense of community in which the "successful" tissue group is socially narrow minded and egocentric. In cancer, the cost of immortality is too high, ironically leading to death.
