Back pain is one of the top reasons people visit their doctor, yet western medicine has few answers beyond pills and surgery. This class is going to look broadly at back pain, both acute and chronic, and discuss a variety of ways to help people to move beyond their pain. The presentation will include herbs, manual therapy and movement. Rosalee will combine her knowledge as an herbalist, Structural Medicine Specialist and massage therapist to round out this holistic approach to back pain.
