Topics of interest will include what is the appropriate dose of Vitamin D, how cooking methods influence cardiovascular disease and chronic inflammatory conditions, the role of high-fructose corn syrup in the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal disorders and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
