When we get to know the plants, one at a time, we develop intimacy with the plant world. We will explore the concept of simples, utilizing one plant for healing instead of always using plants in formulas. Together we will investigate how "simple" it is to prepare your own plant medicine and discover which plants work the best for you. I will share about some of the plants that I work with that are part of our local landscape and how to make herbal preparations in your kitchen to discover their medicine.
