The universe is composed of packets of vibrating energy and is in a state of vibrational resonance, including the human body and every form of life. The human body responds in unique and precise ways to a wide spectrum of energies including heat, light, pressure, sound, electromagnetics, gamma rays, microwaves, bio-electricity and neuro-electric consciousness or thought waves/brain waves. Out of this concept has evolved the field of Vibrational Medicine. Vibrational Medicine moves away from the modern approaches that are mechanistic and empirical to that of a relationship that is more defined in energy, light and sound which is manifest in each of us.
Bio-chemical molecules carry instructions and information, and they are the recognized channels of substantial communication; however, they are too slow and their capacity to carry information is limited. They seem inappropriate to generate the level of cooperativity required for the functioning of a biological system.
Intercommunication can proceed very rapidly, in particular, on account of the liquid crystalline structure of the cells and the connective tissue. The clue to the intercommunication function of connective tissues lies in the properties of collagen, which makes up 70% or more of all the proteins of the connective tissues and exhibit patterns characteristic of liquid crystals. The extracellular and intracellular matrices together constitute an excitable continuum for rapid intercommunication permeating the entire body, enabling it to function as a coherent whole. There is a dynamic web of light constantly released and absorbed by the DNA that connects organelles (mitochondria, etc), cells, tissues, and organs within the body. This dynamic web of light serves as the main communication network and as the principle regulating instance for all life processes.
