Wastewater management issues are ever present in the wine industry. This session is designed to discuss the issues surrounding wastewater management, discharge, and treatment. There will also be a presentation of the Wine Institute Technical Committee?s findings from a study on the appropriate levels for land application. These ideas will provide further practices of how to make wineries more sustainable.
