This presentation will focus on the history, development, physiology and techniques of what has historically been called Prolotherapy. The role of regenerative injections in healing connective tissue injuries and chronic pain states will be discussed along with a new conceptual framework and insights into the role of growth factor induction in musculoskeletal degeneration.
