Jill E. Stansbury, ND is a naturopathic physician with a busy practice in rural SW Washington specializing in botanical and natural therapies. She also chairs the botanical medicine department at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon where she teaches the chemistry and physiological effects of medicinal plants, as well as the more subtle and metaphysical properties of herbs. Dr. Stansbury is a contributing writer for the Protocol Journal of Botanical Medicine, the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia, Nutrition Science News and Medical Herbalism and has recently published a brief materia medica titled "Herbs for Health and Healing."
